Yes! All PHI is kept on SelfDecode’s side and is safe and sound. VitaminLab never has access to your information.
What are the directions for VitaminLab?
All the directions you need will be on your label. For capsules, please follow the suggested daily capsule dose.
Is VitaminLab a subscription service? Can I cancel/update at any time?
Yes, VitaminLab is a subscription service that makes it easy to stay on track! We send you 3-month formulas at a time and bill monthly. You can cancel/update your plan up to 15 days before your refill payment, just let us know at [email protected].
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
We think you’ll love your new vitamins! However, if you feel that something is not right with your order, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to rectify the issue. As all of our formulas are made 100% custom to each individual, returns/refunds are not offered.
How does VitaminLab customize the formula for me?
We work with SelfDecode to provide appropriate dosing information for the insights they gather from your SelfDecode Report. SelfDecode then provides us with your custom formula which we then use to provide our service to you. Your formula is unique to you!
Is my formula a capsule, powder, or liquid?
Your formula comes in capsule form.
Can I change my formula if I'm sensitive?
Of course! Just let us know as soon as you notice any sensitivities, and we’d be happy to modify your formula for you.
Where is my custom supplement made? Where is VitaminLab located?
VitaminLab makes your formula in its in-house FDA licensed facility in British Columbia, Canada.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the individualized nature of our products, and because all of our formulas are made 100% custom to each individual, returns/refunds are not offered.
Your custom supplement is vegan and gluten-friendly, and will be taken once or twice daily as capsule(s). Your order will take approximately 15 business days to be completed and delivered. For international orders the shipping time may vary based on your location.
VitaminLab uses health food grade ingredients, from the top suppliers in the world. You will be billed monthly for your supplement subscription, which will be shipped to your home every 3 months.
You can cancel/update your plan up to 15 days before your next refill payment, just let us know at [email protected]. If cancellation occurs in the middle of a billing cycle, any scheduled outstanding payments must be received before cancellation is completed.
